Good news for marketing or research professionals looking for a new job — HireKeep wants to help you out.
The 1776-based company announced Thursday that it will now apply its “beyond the resume” job matching approach to marketing and research jobs, as well as sales.

The company said in a statement that the expansion is “largely made possible by the growth of its own team” — a team that was once comprised predominantly of people familiar with the sales world has now expanded to include some marketing and data science people. These team members will be tasked with helping HireKeep adapt to the new verticals.
HireKeep was founded with the desire to increase the job satisfaction of sales workers. The recent press release also hints at some proof to the model — “sales professionals who found their position through HireKeep’s process have a 97% retention rate after 1 year,” the company claims.
