Harford Business Innovation Center sets up tech transfer office

The office will help "Harford County and regional companies in developing opportunities to connect in research and development with Aberdeen Proving Ground."

Harford County’s Business Innovation Center has set up a technology transfer office, to be open every Thursday evening.
According to a press release:

The Harford Business Innovation Center (HBIC), in cooperation with the Harford County Office of Economic Development and other partners, has announced the establishment of a Technology Transfer Office to assist Harford County and regional companies in developing opportunities to connect in research and development with Aberdeen Proving Ground.
