At last year’s IMPACT Conference, companies like Fischer Block and QuantaVerse got a chance to present before investors in the Lion’s Den pitch competition. Both companies walked away with six-figure investments.
This year, PACT is rebranding the event, but the Lion’s Den isn’t going anywhere. Per PACT’s Amanda Nardi, the PACT Capital Conference 2017 is a push to strengthen the meaning of the brand.
Happening Nov. 1–2 at the Sheraton Hotel, the conference aims to explore the stages of success for capital, customers and companies.
“The PACT Capital Conference 2017 will seek to create a roadmap for the stages of success and to gain a better understanding of how enterprises and entrepreneurs connect and collaborate,” the company said in a press release.
Another significant change this year: companies wanting to become a “Featured Company” during the event can simply submit their slide decks online. PACT will select the top startups to pitch at the Lion’s Den competition.
