It's the first event from the First State Fintech Lab, which sounds exciting.

Work in fintech? Then you know: Cyberattacks are a constant concern.

The First State Fintech Lab will be holding an open discussion, “Future of Fintech CyberSalon: Delaware Edition,” on Thursday, April 26 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Mill.

A group of leading stakeholders in the state have been assembled to participate, including Bryson Bort of cybersecurity firm GRIMM, who will present a demonstration of a hacking threat with a newly developed platform.

The corresponding discussion will cover several of the urgent issues that are facing both the financial services industry and the broader tech landscape, in Delaware and beyond.

This is a free event.
