Funding news about WH Brewing

According to documents filed with the SEC, WH Brewing, LLC — based in King of Prussia, Pa. — launched a new round of equity financing on Aug. 1.

The company intends to raise as much as $500,000 and reports having raised the full amount. The documents were filed with the SEC on March 26.
