Ex-eBay Enterprise exec, a Delaware native, to serve time for insider trading

The former president of King of Prussia’s eBay Enterprise was sentenced to 15 months in prison. Chris Saridakis, 45, of Greenville, was sentenced in federal court Wednesday for insider trading.

According to our sister site, Saridakis tipped members of his family off in 2011 about the sale of GSI Commerce to eBay.
At the time, he was an executive at GSI Commerce. The $2.4 billion sale, Technical.ly Philly reports, was the biggest tech acquisition in the Philadelphia metro area in the last 15 years.
“I’m humiliated, I’m embarrassed, I’m ashamed,” Saridakis told the court.
