Elana Fine was named a Tech Titan by Washingtonian magazine in its May 2013 issue.
Fine is the managing director of the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland, College Park, a position to which she was promoted after having previously served as Dingman’s director of venture investments and associate director.
Also named to the list of Tech Titans was Mark Walsh, chair of the board at the Dingman Center.
