Let’s take a moment today to celebrate a real American hero. You guessed it, we’re talking about YouTuber Mike Markson.
Mike, if you’re out there, we want to thank you for your latest upload, “Drone Flight Around Northern Delaware.”
Chances are, you, dear reader, haven’t seen this gem of a video yet (it only has 20 views as of now), but it has the makings of a Delaware drone ‘tent classic: Serene shots of the Northern Delaware coastline on a clear, summer day.
But there’s a taste of something new here, a fresh take on a contemporary classic. Maybe it’s the descriptive, scrolling interstitials in a groovy ’70s font. Maybe it’s the seven minutes of smooth, soulful saxophone. Whatever it is, we like it.
So, hats off to you, Mr. Markson, for this special Fourth of July treat.
As we like to remind you every summer: Break out those craft Miller Lites, gas up the grill and let this sweet drone ‘tent properly prep you for your family’s Independence Day celebration.
