This one’s for all you Drexel kids with a million-dollar idea: The Baiada Institute is hosting an incubator competition that may help you make it happen.

The Baiada Institute Incubator Competition is looking for student entrepreneurs to build their ideas and compete for a pool of cash prizes worth $25,000. Also on the line: mentorship, services and free space.

In 2017, the contest is ditching the traditional business plan competition format for a three-stage model that will take an initial cohort of 25 entrants through the process. The top three will receive cash prizes as decided by a panel of judges.

The competition is open to all Drexel students or recent grads.

“2017 introduces a new competition format that provides for more education, interaction and presentation opportunities than prior competitions,” the competition’s site reads. “Initial application deadline is October 13, 2017 at midnight.”
