Who’s getting funded?
PathSensors, a biotech startup based at the University of Maryland BioPark, offered more than $2.1 million in equity last week, according to an SEC filing. No equity in this offering has yet sold.
Lotame Solutions, curiously, raised $1 on a $1 offering, according to an SEC filing. The Columbia audience data management firm raised nearly $16 million in equity earlier this year. Here’s the explanatory video from which the above image is taken:

Who’s making moves?
OrderUp added its first restaurant partners in Mount Vernon, with service starting Wednesday. The Canton startup’s drivers will now deliver for Red Parrot Asian Bistro, Sammy’s Trattoria, Nalley Fresh, Milk & Honey, Midtown BBQ & Brew, Indigma, Kyro Pizza, Indochine and Akbar, according to a company press release.
Chris Jeffrey, OrderUp’s cofounder and CEO, was named to the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.
Advertising technology startup MediaGlu announced former Millennial Media exec Marcus Startzel as its new CEO, the Baltimore Business Journal reported.
