who’s getting funded?

Ocudyne, Inc., based in Baltimore’s downtown, has raised almost $1 million in equity, according to SEC filings. It looks to be a healthcare startup, although WhoIs records indicate there’s no company website that has launched.

who’s making moves?

Columbia-based software company FiddleFly has acquired “ and, gallery portal websites where agencies publish their best mobile work for the world to see,” according to CityBizList. Founded in 2010, FiddeFly now has 20 employees.
