who’s getting funded?

Ocudyne, Inc., based in Baltimore’s downtown, has raised almost $1 million in equity, according to SEC filings. It looks to be a healthcare startup, although WhoIs records indicate there’s no company website that has launched.

who’s making moves?

Columbia-based software company FiddleFly has acquired “MobileAwesomeness.com and Tappgala.com, gallery portal websites where agencies publish their best mobile work for the world to see,” according to CityBizList. Founded in 2010, FiddeFly now has 20 employees.
