Buccini/Pollin Group expands Creative District empire with 3 new buildings

The purchase adds 55 residential units to BPG's downtown portfolio.

Three buildings on North Market have just been purchased by Buccini/Pollin Group, giving the company ownership of 11 addresses in the Creative District. The idea is to create more luxury housing in downtown Wilmington and to continue the transformation of the area by expanding population density.

The buildings that were purchased were 827/829 N. Market St., 2 E. 7th St. and 200 W. 9th St., BPG told the News Journal. Purchase prices have not yet been made public.

Currently, BPG owns 426 N. Market St., 608 N. Market St., 627 N. Market St., 902 N. Market St., 421 N. Market St., 839 N. Market St., 838 N. Market St., 6 E. 3rd St. and 837 N. Market St. according to its portfolio.
