Nearly a year after its last investment, BioNanomatrix has raised nearly $24 million dollars in a Series B round.

According to a press release, Safeguard Scientifics completed the repurchase of nearly all of the outstanding balance of $31.3 million-worth of 2.625 percent convertible senior subordinated notes due 2024 at face value. We’d be lying if we said we know what this meant.
According to an amended Form D, Fishtown-based Zecozi has raised an addition $100,000 in its previous round.
Andrew Technologies, a Haddonfield-based early stage medical device company working to develop surgical instruments has raised nearly $7 million according to a Form D filing.
