The U.S. Department of Commerce awarded Baltimore a three-year, $900,000 grant “to establish a Minority Business Development Agency Business Center aimed at fueling job creation and minority business competitiveness,” reports the Baltimore Business Journal.
A total of $7.3 million was distributed nationwide by the Commerce Department’s Minority Business Development Agency.
