Call it an Indy Hall merger story.
Software consulting firm Arcweb, which moved out of Old City coworking space Indy Hall earlier this year, has acquired Indy Hall-based design firm GUIwerks, Arcweb announced today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GUIwerks is a three-year-old design firm founded by Johnny Bilotta. Bilotta and GUIwerks’ other employee, Nicole Arasim, will join Arcweb, bringing the team’s size to 24, said Arcweb founder Chris Cera.
Arcweb has grown its team by 20 percent in the last month, according to a blog post.
