#dareconf is making its way across the pond from London and landing right in our backyard in Philadelphia on May 19. Started by Jonathan Kahn in London in 2013, #dareconf brings together digital workers to share stories, teachable moments and effective tools for making collaboration more satisfying.
#dareconf will take place on Tuesday, May 19 at The University of the Arts.

Here’s why you won’t want to miss #dareconf USA:
1. Learn facilitation, coaching and listening techniques.
At #dareconf you will get an overview of techniques that will help you better understand the humans around you. If you’re looking to make meetings more meaningful, inspire your team and develop more empathy for your colleagues — or even yourself — #dareconf is for you.
2. Get inspired by real stories.
Speakers at #dareconf share experiences from their own life to inspire the audience to make real change at work. We all make mistakes, and sometimes we have to learn things the hard way, but there is always a way forward. The speakers at #dareconf will reveal their lessons learned to help you see things in a new light.
3. This is the future of work.
You can’t develop culture with foosball alone. If you want your employees and colleagues to work together more effectively, you’ve got to listen and be able to recognize unmet needs. At #dareconf you will not only learn this, but you’ll practice it with your fellow conference attendees.
