Learn more about designing with accessibility in mind — and building a better web experience for everyone. This workshop will give you a brief overview on the principles of accessible design and show you how easy it is to get started building websites that everyone can use.

- DEV TALK upstairs: An advanced discussion on Backbone.js and the important role open source plays in a developers growth, from Squareknot CTO Jide Osan.
- In the EXPERT HUB: Closing the gender gap: Putting more women in tech jobs, from Leslie Chapman, principal software engineer at Comcast.
4:00 p.m.
- DEV TALK upstairs: An advanced discussion on Python and Performance from Tom Panzarella of the Philadelphia Python Users Group. In this talk we will “prove” that Python is slow, dig in to understand why, survey some of the performance tools available in Python, and then exploit three of these tools looking at code and taking metrics.
