Google’s annual dev festival, Google I/O, begins Wednesday — and while we’re a long way from the Googleplex, Wilmington Google Developer Group is participating from afar with an I/O Extend viewing event.
The event starts at noon Wednesday and will run through 5 p.m. Friday at 1 S. Orange St. in Wilmington. It’s free to attend, but organizers ask for online registration.
In that time, Google I/O events will cover hands-on learning, technical talks and more info on Google’s latest products. Talks vary widely, ranging from “Lean and fast: Putting your app on a diet” to “Deep dive into the Realtime Database” to “Election 2016: The big data showdown.”
