App It Up Fall Challenge: Penn asked its students to develop app ideas. Out of more than 180 finalists, 10 will pitch to a panel of venture capitalists at this event. Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 2401 Walnut St. RSVP. Free.
