If you can stand to brave the rainy and cloudy weather this week, head out to some of Philadelphia’s technology events.
This week, Next Fab Studio will let passersby through its doors for an open house and lecture from University of Pennsylvania professor Peter Bressler. After UX Book Club on Wednesday night, network with PhillyCHI at its free happy hour in Old City. Finally, join Philly Startup Leaders for its second Cigars & Startups event. It’s way gangster.

Monday, March 29th: If you missed the first opportunity to see Next Fab Studio, University City Science Center‘s high-tech prototyping studio, the space is hosting an open house Monday to show off its digs. University of Pennsylvania professor Peter Bressler will speak about product architecture and prototyping, as well. 4:00 p.m. University City. [view more events]
Wednesday, March 31st: PhillyCHI is hosting its monthly social at Triumph Brewery immediately following IndyHall’s UX Book Club. Grab a brew with fellow designers and maybe you’ll find that next client or at least someone to talk shop with. 8:00 p.m. Old City. DETAILS. [view more events]
Thursday, April 1: Philly Startup Leaders‘ first Cigars & Startups was a success, so the group has reserved a bigger space at fancy cigar shop Mahogany. If you ever needed to feel like a real player, do it in a big leather lounge chair, we say. 8:00 p.m. Center City. DETAILS. [view more events]
