The creators of Counsl want to buy you a drink

And demo their software, too.

If you have happy hour plans for Wednesday, cancel them. The founders of CorpTech, the company that created Counsl, want to hang out with you — and they’re buying.
CorpTech recently rebranded, launched an app and is now looking for feedback. The startup helps other companies zoom through the incorporation process.
On Wednesday, CorpTech will be hosting a demo and happy hour at The Mill. All paralegals and interested parties are invited. Cofounders JC Glancy and Raphael Lopez have a surprise for you: all attendees will receive a free beta license.
However, there’s only room for 20 attendees. So make sure you RSVP quick if you’re interested in participating.

After the happy hour, a demo will be followed by a discussion with the cofounders about the software, its current features and features users might be interested in seeing in future updates.
