In case you didn’t know, Philly has a chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery’s Special Interest Group for Computer-Human Interaction, also known by the lengthy acronym of ACM SIGCHI.

The local chapter, which goes by the more succinct moniker of PhillyCHI, convenes an interdisciplinary group of academics and professionals interested in how people interact with tech. On March 28, at 6:30 p.m., the group will host a panel on designing for accessibility featuring three Philly-based experts on the matter:

“We’ll be looking at ways people can design that’s inclusive of everyone and how disabilities shape how people interact with digital experiences,” Ilagan told “The event isn’t just for designers but for everyone.”

The panel is happening at the Manayunk offices of web dev shop EY Intuitive.
