The Science, Technology and Advanced Research Campus is an initiative of the University of Delaware. The 271-acre “innovation hub” is focused on “research and innovation partnerships in energy and the environment, health and life sciences and defense and national security,” all while utilizing a “sustainable infrastructure,” according to university marketing materials.
