Think you feel tired after coming back from a week-long business trip?

What about a year on Mars? Okay a simulated year on Mars.

This weekend, four volunteers “returned” from their year-long mission to Mars. The Crew Health and Performance Exploration Analog mission (CHAPEA) stayed on Earth, but the environment created a simulated Mars experience for the crew, where they handled everything from growing their food to the nearly 30-minute-long communication delays with Earth. If this sounds like an opportunity for you, NASA is running the same simulation in 2025.

So, whether you’ve been in a Mars simulation for the past year or just off the job market, welcome back. We’ve got some great opportunities for you today.
