Mark Zuckerberg’s hanging out in Wilmington (maybe)

Zuckerberg watchers say he's been on the Riverfront.

Mark Zuckerberg, you know, founder and CEO of Facebook, is due in the Delaware Court of Chancery on Tuesday to testify in the stock restructuring case in which he’s named a defendant. It’s a whole thing about Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, divesting in Facebook stock to donate money to charity but not losing decision-making power by creating stocks that hold no voting power. You can read the details here.
Zuckerberg arrived in the region early, making a pit stop in Philly for a Pat’s cheesesteak on Sunday night:

Then it was on to Wilmington, with possible Zuckerberg sightings today around the Riverfront, including one at Iron Hill Brewery.

Whether it’s true or not, the local TV news is ON THE CASE:

This will be a topic of conversation for a long time, believe me.
