With more relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions around Maryland, the fall conference calendar is coming into view, and in-person attendance is on the agenda.
The Maryland Tech Council recently opened registration for the 2021 Bio Innovation Conference, which will offer in-person and virtual experiences for the region’s life sciences community. The conference will be from October 4-5 and registration is available online. The key topics of the conference will include vaccines, biomanufacturing and cell therapy.
While a location has yet to be announced, the conference has already booked its tech: It will be using a virtual events platform called the BIO One-on-One Partnering system that allows attendees to pre-schedule virtual 30-minute meetings in meeting spaces at the conference, and network with life sciences leaders.
“The 2021 Bio Innovation Conference will be a valuable forum for anyone seeking to deepen their professional relationships and explore the future of life sciences in a post-pandemic world,” said Marty Rosendale, CEO of the Maryland Tech Council, in a statement.
Here’s a look at more events offering an opportunity for technologists and entrepreneurs to share their skills with fellow professionals:
