Hector Davila Jr. is Technical.ly's fall 2019 editorial intern. He was born and raised in North Philadelphia and graduated from Eastern University with a journalism degree and a minor in communications. He has previous experience reporting as an editorial intern at Philadelphia magazine and held the position of sports editor for The Waltonian college newspaper. Hector deeply enjoys hands-on experiences, whether it's volunteering for the community or crafting a new project. It’s easy for him to find a good book to read, and a strength (or weakness) he has is an obsession for information. His dream is to travel the world and one day to report internationally.
