Phenom has acquired Endouble, a tech platform that uses data to optimize recruiting strategies and career sites. The Amsterdam-based company has been working throughout Europe for years, and the acquisition shores up Phenom’s plan to expand its services throughout that continent.
Endouble previously operated under RGF Staffing, and with the deal, Phenom adds 12 employees from its sales, development, implementation, account management and customer success teams, a company spokesperson told Technical.ly. There will be no immediate leadership changes. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Within 2020, Phenom increased its European headcount by 257% to meet demand and market opportunities, the company said in a statement. While Phenom is completely remote right now, it has more than 800 employees based in offices in the Philadelphia region and in Canada, India, Israel, the Netherlands and the U.K. Because of the remote work, no decisions about working arrangements for the new teammates will be made now, the spokesperson said.
At the beginning of the year, Phenom raised a $30 million Series C with plans of expanding its technology, the Phenom Talent Experience Management Platform. In late September, the company acquired AI-driven HR tech company My Ally.
“With our second acquisition in three months, we’re growing our presence and talent across Europe,” said Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and cofounder of Phenom, in a statement. “We’re excited to begin working with Endouble’s customers, as they’ve already demonstrated a commitment to candidate experience that resonates with us.”
In an emailed statement to Technical.ly, Bayireddi emphasized that Phenom is already invested in the European market, and can help provide a comprehensive talent experience for Endouble’s customers involved in the hiring process like recruiters, employees and hiring managers.
“We’re proud of how Endouble has made it easier for recruiters to access elite talent and for candidates to discover, apply for, and ultimately start new jobs,” CEO Jeroen Kneppers said of the acquition. “Phenom’s comprehensive approach will introduce our customers to a new AI-powered dynamic, showing how each stakeholder’s experience affects the whole talent ecosystem.”-30-
