Radnor-based Relay, makers of a mobile customer engagement platform, recently launched an express on-ramp of sorts.
The company’s CX Builder is a self-serve portal that lets companies design and deploy their own personalized customer experiences within the Relay platform, which is used by corporates like Citizens Bank and Independence Blue Cross, to reach its customers. The portal went live Monday.

“We’re helping large enterprises stay ahead in fiercely competitive industries and deliver new and improved customer experiences that achieve key KPIs without ripping and replacing or one-off fixes,” said CEO Matt Gillin, who started the company in 2010.
The company has a team of 50 employees and says it’s onboarding 20,000 new users every day.
