How do you get in front of some of the region’s largest most successful companies and pitch your business to them? Ding ding ding, we got the answer. During Philly Tech Week 2017 presented by Comcast, we will have our 2nd annual Technical.ly Introduced: A Curated B2B Event and man, we have some bigwig companies lined up for you.

We will ask you about your business on our form and then you will have the opportunity to meet some of our large businesses and pitch your product or service to members of their purchasing departments.

Here’s a lil step by step guide:

Step 1: Apply online using our meeting request form (the more information you give us about your business, the better).

Step 2: We’ll hit up our purchasing reps and they will tell us who they want to meet with. This is where the curated magic happens.

Step 3: If you’re selected, we will reach out to you and schedule 5-10 minute meetings so you can pitch your biz.

Step 4: Join us on Thursday, May 4 at SEER Interactive between 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for an awesome networking opportunity to show off what you got.

Apply by Friday, Apr. 21.

Here’s who will be there:

We reached out to some participants from last year’s event to give us a few tips for newcomers this year. One of the questions we asked was how should you prepare prior to your meetings at Technical.ly Introduced?

Anthony Mantoan, founder of Decorus Software, said, “Be sure to research the organizations you are meeting with, and have a few questions ready for them. Bring plenty of business cards, there are more people to meet at the event than just the main organizations.”

Then we asked if they had any advice on how to make the most of their 10-minute meeting.

Felicite Moorman, CEO at BuLogics and StratIS, gave us her thoughts: “Define your agenda before the meeting. I recommend a one-minute personable meet/intro, two minutes of traditional pitch, a one minute ask, and five minutes of discussion, garnering feedback and next steps.”

In short, be sure to take their insight and come prepared.

Technical.ly Introduced is a part of the PTW17 Business Conference, which also includes Technical.ly Introduced: Curated Founder Connections where you can meet face to face with seasoned founders and #Failfest, an event that asks successful professionals and entrepreneurs to share their past failures and the lessons they learned from them in a storytelling format.
