How’s this for cool event swag: if you join Femme & Fortune’s relaunch party on Jan. 11 you could walk away with a rebrand for your company.
Melissa Alam is relaunching her feminist platform (the one that spawned a coworking space for women and the Fearless Conference) with a party at WeWork NoLibs, where the organization is currently based. The revamped platform will now feature an all-female creative agency catering to female business owners/female-focused brands.
At the party, business owners will have a chance to pitch the company on why they need a rebrand for 2017. The winner walks away with a free two-hour strategy consultation and a redesign by Femme and Fortune’s team of three full-timers.
RSVPSo, why the relaunch? According to Alam, there’s a lack of resources specifically geared at women to help them build their businesses. “We want to to be the catalyst and connection for them,” Alam said in an email.

“By launching our all-female agency and catering to female-owned or female-focused businesses, we’re able to reach a demographic that we fully understand because we are the demographic,” Alam said.
