Think Brownstone is so over being mistaken with architecture firms. As of January, the Center City design shop is changing its name to Think Company.
The company, currently at 76 full-time employees, put out a press release on Monday saying the name change was a sign of preparation for a bigger market reach.
“As we grow, ‘Think Company’ is a name that’s big enough and bold enough to represent our company on a national and global stage,” said cofounder Brian McIntire in a statement. “That’s where we’re headed.”
So what’s next for the company? “Lots of exciting stuff,” McIntire told Technical.ly in an email. The firm nears its 10th anniversary in September, with a planned expansion to a third studio.
“We’ll be expanding our capabilities to do even more content strategy, branding and accessibility work,” McIntire said. “We’ll be growing as we add more designers, developers and thinkers to our team.”
