Healthcare payment company InstaMed is hosting what it says will be its biggest user conference to date next week.
It’s the venture-backed Center City company’s sixth year of running the conference, where InstaMed invites healthcare providers and insurance companies for a full-day educational event on innovation topics, closing with cocktails and dinner at the Down Town Club in Old City. Some attendees are coming from out of town and we wonder if other health insurance tech companies, like Picwell and iPipeline, will use it as an opportunity to find new customers.

We’ve seen more and more Philly companies host user conferences and events. Monetate’s annual user summit is a large, corporate-feeling affair held at a hotel, Think Brownstone held an intimate, invite-only version and RJMetrics held a data conference geared toward the broader public.
