The latest plan for a tech office building is right off N3rd Street

When all these “creative office spaces” rise, will there be enough demand?

It’s starting to look like every real estate developer in town wants a piece of the tech scene.
Here’s the latest plan: four floors of “creative office space,” as the real estate set likes to call it, right off N3rd Street, where Finnigan’s Wake used to be. It’ll be 26,000 square feet.
From the Philly Mag story:

As for the office space, the idea is to build off of the emerging North 3rd Street tech/creative space corridor. Known as NERD Street (N. 3rd, get it?), [Doug] Veasey [of Stockton Real Estate Advisors] said the company doesn’t have any tenants lined up as of yet, but there has been a lot of “enthusiasm” in terms of demand for office space in the area.
