Ahead of next week's Start. Stay. Grow. Summit in Philadelphia, this month's Technical.ly Podcast explores efforts to hang on to young entrepreneurs after they graduate.

That’s the idea behind the Start. Stay. Grow. Summit, an event that Technical.ly Philly is co-organizing with Philly Startup Leaders and other local players.

As we hear in this month’s Technical.ly Podcast, the goal of the Start. Stay. Grow. Summit is to connect college-age technologists with the city’s broader tech community.

The free event will be held Tuesday, Sept. 9 at CityCoHo.

It was just one of several topics touched on in this month’s podcast, which focuses on talent retention in cities across the East Coast.
