Conrad Kramer, 17, was Airbnb‘s youngest employee last summer. The software developer graduated from South Jersey’s Cherry Hill High School East this spring and will soon begin his two-year Thiel Fellowship, where he’ll work on a startup called DeskConnect that lets users transfer photos and other files between devices with one touch. Kramer will move to San Francisco for the prestigious fellowship, founded by Paypal cofounder Peter Thiel.
Kramer will be working with fellow Philadelphian and Thiel Fellow Ari Weinstein on DeskConnect. Weinstein, 20, grew up in Mt. Airy and took a leave from MIT to pursue software development (and the Thiel Fellowship), the Inquirer reported.
