Harrington cofounded Qio with Chris Dima, who launched a West Chester coworking space called Walnut St. Labs this fall. The team has four full-time staffers (two are remote) and plans to monetize by offering a premium version for $20/year, Harrington said.

Harrington, 27, lives in West Chester.
