As of last May, Nathan Barry had launched five products in nine months. The Boise, Idaho entrepreneur spoke to bootstrappers at Philadelphia’s BaconBiz Conference in the spring.

Watch his talk, and others, here.

Organized by Indy Hall head Alex Hillman and Slash7 founder Amy Hoy, BaconBiz brought together entrepreneurs from all over the world — Canada, New Zealand, Japan — to discuss the art of bootstrapping. It was an intimate two-day conference, held at Slash7‘s Old City office, with attendance capped at 45.

The topic of bootstrapping is one that Hillman and Hoy take seriously: stop the noise about high-risk, venture backed startups and build real companies that make revenue from the start, they say.

You can also find a great visual recap from Fort Worth, Tex.-based developer Joel Hooks here.
