Lore.com sells to Noodle: course management from Wharton

Originally called CourseKit, the course management tool with social networking for students was cofounded by Joseph Cohen, who moved the company in 2011 after leaving Wharton to pursue the startup, Dan Getelman, and Jim Grandpre.

Lore.com, the New York edtech startup that was founded at Wharton, has been purchased by Noodle, according to a company blog post.
