IBX Wire: Independence Blue Cross launches customer service mobile app with local firm Relay

Developed by Radnor, Pa.-based firm Relay, IBX Wire offers a private, personalized platform for members to receive alerts from the health insurance company about their accounts, as well as access customer support.

Independence Blue Cross members can now keep up with their accounts with IBX Wire, a customer service mobile app, according to a press release.

Independence Blue Cross has seen a 30 percent opt-in rate, said Independence Blue Cross’ director of eBusiness DevelopmentĀ Michael Yetter through a spokeswoman.
