Independence Blue Cross members can now keep up with their accounts with IBX Wire, a customer service mobile app, according to a press release.
Developed by Radnor, Pa.-based firm Relay, IBX Wire offers a private, personalized platform for members to receive alerts from the health insurance company about their accounts, as well as access customer support.
Independence Blue Cross has seen a 30 percent opt-in rate, said Independence Blue Cross’ director of eBusiness Development Michael Yetter through a spokeswoman.
