The third local version of the Lean Startup Machine, the three-day workshop that focuses on teaching strategies to launch tested, lower-risk entrepreneurial ventures, is landing the weekend of Feb. 8-10 at the Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship at Drexel University.
Tickets, limited to just 50 to create small teams to launch demo startups that weekend, are $250, but you have two chances to have the full experience at a discount, says first-time local organizer Kert Heinecke.
First, for students, thanks to sponsor AWeber Communications, three students will be able to attend for only $25 each. But you only have until this Friday, January 25 to submit your application.
To be eligible, you must be an active student at one of the universities in the greater Philadelphia region. Winners will be announced by Feb. 1st.
Second, for others, use code “TechPhilly” for a 20 percent discount.
