Center City online marketing platform Sidecar raised $1.5 million, according to an SEC filing.

Investors include Robin Hood Ventures, NextStage Capital and Wilmington, Del.-based Innovation Ventures, citybizlist reported.

DreamIt Ventures managing partner Karen Griffith Gryga sits on the board of Sidecar, along with David Freschman, managing principal of Innovation Ventures. Freschman also founded Early Stage East venture fair, which came to Philly this fall.

Last November, Sidecar raised $110,000 from Benjamin Franklin Technology Partners. It’s the second investment BFTP has made in Sidecar.

In August 2011, following a pivot and a name change, Sidecar raised $2.5 million round led by Innovation Ventures. Though it does business as Sidecar, the company, led by Andre Golsorkhi, is still incorporated as Snipi.
