Unite Fitness wants to help you work out even if you can’t make it to the gym. Now you’ve got no excuses.
The Center City gym launched a three-month “virtual boot camp” that gives you workouts, an eating program and tools to keep track of your progress. The program is geared for both a local and national audience, Unite Fitness said through a spokesman.
