The most important takeaway of the return of Startup Pancakes, held yesterday at Center City coworking spot Benjamin’s Desk, was clearly that “Brad Oyler can cook up a killer pancake,” said Benjamin’s Desk cofounder Michael Maher.

But also, as Maher wrote to us: “Great to see start-ups and companies with founders/members like Real Food Works, Zivtech, Cloudmine, and others to name a few.  A lot of good introductions were made and hopefully some new personal and business relationships.”

Oyler tells us the event, which is as straightforward as it gets (Oyler cooks pancakes for the startup community while members chat about what they’re working on) will happen sporadically and that it depends on who wants to run the next one. Any takers?
