Old City software development shop DmgCtrl has outgrown its offices above Old City coworking space Indy Hall, said Alex Hillman, the coworking space’s cofounder. That means: if you’re looking for office space, the Indy Hall building has space for you.

While Indy Hall doesn’t own the building, cofounder Hillman, who has a relationship with the owner, is seeking out a company that fits their community vibe to fill the “2,200 square feet with tons of natural light, polished concrete floors, and a full kitchen,” as Hillman wrote in a blog post followup, that DmgCtrl is leaving behind on N3rd Street.

DmgCtrl shared the third floor of Indy Hall with legal staffing startup Hire an Esquire. With 16 employees, principal Mac Morgan says the company is looking for a larger space that will include a meeting space. Morgan says half of its employees are full-time and half are contractors, though he says the contractors mostly work full-time but prefer to keep contractor status.
