The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce announced its small business award winners last week, and Northern Liberties SEO firm SEER Interactive‘s Wil Reynolds came out on top. The Chamber named the CEO “Small Business Person of the Year.”

Reynolds, 36, started SEER Interactive in his apartment a decade ago. The company has grown to nearly 50 employees and has opened a second office in Northern Liberties. For more on Reynolds, read our Entrance Exam interview with him.

Other tech-relevant winners include Pace Controls, a local energy efficient HVACR company, which won “Technological Excellence of the Year,” and Brownfield Science & Technology, an environmental sciences company based in Chester County, which won “Professional Services Excellence of the Year.” All winners were nominated by their peers, according to the release.
