This week: An in-demand Node.Philly meetup, the monthly Philly Tech Meetup Founders Happy Hour and a fireside chat with C++ lovers.

Node.Philly August Meetup: Get to know the Node.js community in Philly at this meetup. Meetup organizer Tim Savery says he’s releasing 10 more tickets today for the previously at-capacity event (Savery says there’s limited space at this venue), so if you want to attend, hop to it. Philly Tech Meetup’s August 2012 Founders Happy Hour: You know the drill: mingle with some of our entrepreneurship scene at this monthly happy hour. Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Location TBARSVP. FREE.

A fireside chat with C++: Hang out with other C++ enthusiasts at this meetup. Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. Landmark Americana, 3333 Market Street. University City. RSVP. FREE.
