Applications for the GoodCompany Group summer 2012 Ventures Program are open until the end of the month.

The Ventures Program is in its fourth year, though earlier this year GoodCompany Ventures merged with Green Village to become the GoodCompany Group. GoodCompany co-founder Garret Melby will be involved in strategy and Zoe Selzer, who was director of the incubator-formerly-known-as-Green-Village will serve a similar role with the newly formed partnership.

Part of the merged efforts is meant to offer both short-term acceleration and, when fitting, a longer-term incubation program, Melby told Technically Philly earlier this year.

The summer social impact accelerator runs for three months and offers social entrepreneurs access to infrastructure, advisers and capital, as well as a lengthy list of speakers, according the web site.

At the conclusion of the program, the entrepreneurs pitch investors on their business ideas, in the tradition of accelerator demo pitches.
