According to SEC filings Ticketleap has raised $340,000 of $750,000 in debt. MentorTech Ventures managing partner Michael Aronson and Sandwith Ventures managing partner Colin Evans are listed on the filing. Both are on the company’s board. If you remember, Ticketleap stealthy raised $2.5 million last year.
MentorTech has been busy lately. As we reported yesterday Diapers.com, a longtime MentorTech portfolio company, was purchased by Amazon this week.
GoodCompany Ventures grad Wish Upon a Hero has raised nearly $1 million, according to SEC filings.

Edison Ventures has completed a $2.5 million investment in M5 Networks a host VoIP provider.
Fresh off of overseeing Clarient’s sale to GE, Safeguard Scientifics has ushered another partner company to an exit. Avid Radiopharmaceutical has been acquired by Eli Lilly and Company. Safeguard held a 12 percent stake, according to a press release.
Comcast Interactive Capital has invested in SB Nation, the sports blogging network.
